BACKGROUND
Kirsten is a senior actuary with a broad experience within non-life insurance, pensions, risk management and Solvency II.

She started her career in a medium sized non-life insurance company, where
she was in charge of all actuarial disciplines including technical provisions, pricing and reinsurance.

Since then, her career path has taken her through almost every part of the
actuarial profession including regulatory supervision of non-life companies, development of the Solvency II legislation, overseeing risk management across the group of the largest non-life insurer in Scandinavia, actuarial consultancy work, actuarial audit and heading up the actuarial department in a mutual pension fund
amid the replacement of the core calculation system.

Kirsten is of course much more than that. On her way up the professional career path, she first became a manager, then a leader and finally a passionate champion of the good working environment and meaningful workplaces of the future.

Being a leader in the financial sector is not easy if you believe that people come before profit. That is why Kirsten today has her own company, where she collaborates with other idealists to create a completely different working life for future generations.
